Control Equity Group is pleased to announce that Control Security Services has acquired the assets of Montgomery Security, headquartered in Silver Spring Maryland and North American Security Headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts
The acquisitions completed at the end of the year were in support of the Group's strategy to acquire well managed companies complementary to the Group's existing Business Units.
The combination of these two market leaders in the security guard management industry jointly with Control Security's platform meets a broader set of customer needs than either company could address on their own. The foot print further expands and diversifies the unit's geographic coverage and customer base.
The combined companies will operate under their respective names in the geographies currently served.
